The session opens with a guided somatic meditation and gentle breathwork, paired with the shimmering tones of crystal singing bowls and the focused resonance of on-the-body tuning bowls. These resonance and vibrations work together to support your nervous system in softening, easing held tension, and guiding awareness deeper into the body- creating space for restoration and deep relaxation.

The journey then flows into a hands-off Reiki session, all the while the deep tones of a 24-inch grounding metal bowl reverberate through the floor beneath you. Its vibrations ripple through your body, enhancing awareness of how tension and stress are held. A guided energy meditation accompanies this process, inviting renewal while creating space for calm, clarity, and ease.

Together, these practices cultivate grounding, inner alignment, and embodied presence. You’ll be invited to let go, reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms, and return to a state of centered awareness.
