Mother’s Day Sound Bath - A Celebration of Love
Event Summary: A space to soften and receive - honoring care, connection, and presence on Mother’s Day.
Mother’s Day can hold many meanings - celebration, connection, reflection, or something more complex and personal. This offering is created with space for all of it.
This sound bath is open to anyone who feels called to take a pause within the day - whether you are honoring a mother, being honored yourself, navigating your own relationship to motherhood, or simply needing a moment for self-care.
Rather than centering one specific experience, this session invites you into a more grounded place - one that supports slowing down, softening, and simply receiving.
You’ll be guided into a restful state through sound, allowing the body and mind to settle. There’s nothing to do, nothing to achieve - simply an opportunity to relax and reset.
You’re welcome to come on your own or with someone you care about. This isn’t just for mothers - it’s for anyone who resonates with the idea of taking a pause and reconnecting, in whatever way that looks like for you. This is a space designed to meet you where you are - without expectation.
No prior experience with sound baths (or meditation) is needed.
Whatever this day holds for you, come as you are - there’s space for you here.
