A Pleasure to meet you!
My name is Lisa Love, and I’m a sound & energy alchemizer with more than two decades of experience working with sound, energy, and vibration.
Over the years, my work has evolved through personal experience, continued exploration, and a deeper understanding of how our inner state, our bodies, and our environments shape the way we experience life.
Today, my work supports those navigating periods of change, overwhelm, disconnection, or uncertainty, creating grounded space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and become more aware of what is ready to shift.
These offerings bring together sound, somatic awareness, and energy-based practices to support regulation, release, and a clearer relationship with self and environment.
At the heart of my work is the belief that clarity is not something we create, but something we return to when we slow down enough to listen beneath noise, pressure, and adaptation.
I do not see people as needing to be fixed. I see my role as helping create conditions where awareness can deepen, so what is already true can become more visible and accessible.
How It Started
I grew up surrounded by holistic practices and exposure to alternative healing traditions from an early age. While this shaped my environment, it was not a path I fully stepped into until later in life.
My turning point came during a period of burnout, emotional overwhelm, and disconnection from myself. I was navigating a demanding pace of life and began noticing how easily I absorbed stress from my environment, leaving me depleted and out of balance.
That experience led me into somatic, energetic, and sound-based practices as a way to restore stability. Over time, what began as personal support evolved into a deeper inquiry into how internal state, environment, and awareness interact.
This eventually became the foundation of the work I offer today.

How I Work
Whether life feels overwhelming or you simply sense there’s more waiting for you, my work meets you where you are. I don’t follow a single lineage or set of strict teachings. My approach has been shaped by years of exploration, personal practice, lived experience, and learning to trust my own discernment. I don’t expect you to adopt a particular belief system or way of seeing the world. You are welcome to arrive exactly as you are.
I don’t impose a method or force a process. I work with what emerges - the subtle patterns and deeper layers that may be influencing how you live, love, respond, and protect yourself. My sessions are never cookie-cutter. Even two people who arrive with similar concerns may need entirely different approaches, and you may experience something different from one session to the next. I meet you where you are, rather than trying to fit you into a predetermined process.
What I share with you after a session is not judgment, diagnosis, or a declaration of who you are. It is what I picked up during our time together and what feels meaningful to bring into your awareness. My work is not about testing whether I can somehow know what you have chosen not to share. What you bring into the space matters. The more openly you are willing to explore and share, the more deeply we can work with what is ready to come forward.
I am not a psychic, and my sessions are not about proving that I can tell you things you haven't disclosed. Energy unfolds in layers, and not everything is meant to surface or shift at once. One session may bring clarity to something that has been sitting beneath the surface, while another may reveal an entirely different layer. What is ready to be released may also depend on what you are willing to acknowledge, let go of, and ultimately work through in your own life. What I pick up is offered as an invitation to explore, not as an absolute truth. You remain the authority on your own experience.
I’ve lived this work myself. I’m not someone who has arrived at some finished version of myself and now stands outside the human experience guiding everyone else. I continue to learn, unlearn, grow, recalibrate, and meet my own edges. My own journey has taught me that boundaries, self-trust, accountability, and personal growth are ongoing practices. That perspective allows me to hold space for others without placing myself above them.
I can open a door, illuminate something that may have been difficult to see, and support you as you move through a shift. But I cannot walk through that door for you. Real change asks something of you, too - a willingness to take responsibility for your choices, recognize the patterns that no longer serve you, unlearn what needs to be unlearned, and practice responding differently rather than returning to what is familiar. I can support the process, but I cannot live your life, make your decisions, or do your work for you.
At the heart of my work is the belief that you already possess more wisdom, capacity, and power than you may realize. My role is not to give those things to you. It is to create the space for you to reconnect with them, recognize them, and learn how to move with them in your own life.
