Restore with Sound Bath is a full-body listening experience that supports nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and emotional balance. As you settle into the sound, your brain waves begin to slow, guiding you out of stress response and into a calmer, more relaxed state. This shift can help interrupt cycles of stress, reduce anxiety, calm the mind, and quiet racing thoughts. Many participants report feeling lighter, more grounded, and deeply rested after the session. No prior experience is needed - simply lie down, breathe, and allow the sound to guide your nervous system into a state of rest and reset.

When: Tuesdays ~ 7:00 - 7:45 p.m. and Sundays ~ 6:00 - 6:45 p.m.

Relax with Reiki + Sound is a calming experience designed to support emotional balance, reduce anxiety, and create space for inner peace and stillness. This session combines the grounding energy of Reiki with the soothing effects of sound to help regulate the nervous system and quiet the mind. You’ll be gently guided through an energy-centered meditation infused with Reiki to help settle and center your system, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath to support integration, calm, and inner stillness. Together, these elements create space for emotional release, nervous system reset, and a renewed sense of balance. No experience needed - just come as you are and allow yourself to fully relax.
